Qualifications
- Active LPN / LVN license in the state of practice (or compact privilege where accepted)
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred for acute settings
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to float when needed
- Comfort supporting residential care, AFH, or home health workflows when assigned
Requirements
- Pass background check and facility-specific credentialing
- Up-to-date immunizations / titers and TB screening as required by the partner
- Recent clinical experience in hospital, clinic, LTC, residential, or home health preferred
- Professional references and verified work history
- Commitment to patient dignity, privacy, and safe practice standards
