Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact privilege where accepted)
- BLS required; ACLS / PALS as appropriate to the unit
- Proven assessment, medication, and care-planning skills
- Comfortable with EHR documentation and rapid prioritization
- Specialty experience (telemetry, ICU, ED, etc.) when the role requires it
- Willingness to support residential care or home health partners when the assignment calls for it
Requirements
- Facility credentialing packet completed before first shift
- Clean background check and drug screen per partner policy
- Current immunizations / titers and TB clearance
- Minimum recent acute or relevant specialty experience preferred
- Professional references from nurse leaders or charge RNs
